• Opened, used, or tampered with Ayurvedic products.

• Products without original packaging, labels, or invoices.

• Items purchased during discounts or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect).

Return Process & Options

• To initiate a return, customers must contact us with Order ID and supporting images/videos.

• After verification, customers may receive a replacement or refund, as applicable.

• Replacement product will be delivered within 7 days
