At Vyasvedayu, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

• Customers must provide order details and supporting images/videos.

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered with Ayurvedic products.

• Products returned without original packaging or invoice.

• Items purchased under discounts or offers (unless damaged or incorrect).

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Cancellation requests after shipping will not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error.
